17 healthiest breakfast choices

Why are these the healthiest breakfast choices?

Because they are:

  • Low in simple sugar
  • High in fiber
  • Rich in protein
  • Loaded with vitamins and antioxidants

Here they are and try to rotate them:

  1. One banana + 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  2. Low fat plain yogurt with fresh berries in it – strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or whatever you have
  3. 2 – 3 eggs – fried in some olive oil and have 1-2 apples after
  4. Low fat plain yogurt + ground flax seed meal and berries in it + have a tablespoon of peanut butter with it
  5. 3 eggs omelet with fresh mushrooms and some greens in it + orange
  6. 2 eggs + 2 oz of lean ground turkey omelet with green vegetables + 1 slice of real whole grain bread
  7. Cooked steel cut oats wit low fat milk and lots of ground unsweetened cinnamon in it +roasted almonds
  8. Apple and banana with 3 spoons of almond butter
  9. Cottage cheese with 100% whole grain toast
  10. 2 hard boiled eggs + some olive oil and 2 whole raw tomatoes
  11. Pear with cinnamon + apple with almond butter
  12. Plain low fat yogurt with banana + flax seed meal + raw cashews

 Very healthy unconventional breakfast choices – highly recommended :

  1. Can of sardines + apple + orange – disgusting but incredibly great for you
  2. Canned mackerel + raw cucumbers
  3. Sardine plain whole grain sandwich with greens, olive oil and vinegar
  4. Wild canned salmon with cinnamon on it + Raw baby Brussels sprouts
  5. Sardines from can +2 eggs omelet with garlic and onion in it – bad breath weekend option.

Result:

  • High energy
  • No hungry feel for long time
  • High creativity
  • Great mood
  • No sugar crush

Best drinks with it:

  1. Black coffee with ground cinamon 
  2. Green tea
  3. Earl grey tea
  4. Mint tea
  5. Chamomile tea
  6. Water

Of course without sugar, all of them!

  1. Eggs – 1 box
  2. Lean ground turkey
  3. Baby spinach and other greens
  4. Low fat cottage cheese
  5. 3 Low fat yogurts
  6. Berries – strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  7. 3 cans of sardines in water
  8. ground cinnamon
  9. 2 cans of wild red or pink salmon
  10. 1 can of mackerel
  11. Roasted almonds + Raw almonds
  12. Raw cashews
  13. Unsalted unbleached peanut butter
  14. Unsalted unbleached almond butter
  15. Ground flax-seed meal
  16. 2 pounds of apples
  17. 2 pounds of pears
  18. 2 pounds of oranges
  19. 2 pounds of tomatoes
