Success in archiving six pack abs is as easy as don’t stop. I heard this quote the otter day. I don’t know who really said it, but he really nailed it.
Everything valuable you are trying to achieve, six pack abs included takes long time. Often, we start hard, forward, making big leaps for awhile and than we burn out and stop.
So how do you make yourself not stopping? You pace yourself. You make sustainable slow progress. Consistently. Otherwise, you’ll fail. The odds are against you.
It might be as simple as having 2 cookies instead of 3 after dinner. Or getting out for 10 minute walk, or just doing 3 push ups today, drinking glass of water fast before reaching for that coke. Small sustainable steps lead to ultimate success.
