Jamie Foxxs simple six pack abs workout

Jamie Foxx, actor, musician, comedian, father and superman with six pack abs will turn 50 in a month or so. Beside his overall incredible acting and musical talent, he’s a proud owner of ripped athletic muscular body with six pack abs.

He’s fifty!!!

And off course, it’s not talent at all, but hard work and his BS removal ability in life.

His secret to his six pack abs body? Simple pull up with combination of other simple exercises several times per week morning workout routine.

Jamie Foxx has shit to do in his crazy busy day!

Jamie Foxx doesn’t have time to go to the stinky germ infested gym. Only 10 minutes comute? No! He can accomplish a lot in that time. Write a song, come up with a joke or prepare healthy breakfast for his kids.

Driving 10 minutes to gym is a waste of time for him and should be for you too!

How do you value your time?

How do you value your health and fitness?

If you value it a lot, than remove the bullshit – driving to the gym, changing and getting mentally prepared for your workout. Yes that is all BS. You don’t need that to get and stay super six pack abs fit!

People keep wandering how some people are always in shape. And I know the secret. And Jamie know it too!

I’m trying to tell you, the pull up bars are everything!

Everything!

Jamie Foxxs workout done roughly every other day:

15 pull ups, 50 push ups. 100 sit ups

15 pull ups (different grip), 50 push ups

10 pull ups first grip

10 pull ups second grip

That’s it!!!!

How simple!

How beautifull!

No BS!

Done while doing some creative work. Now I’m not comparing myself to Jamie Foxx. My six pack abs might be a little better though than his.

But he’s 50 and I’m 10 years younger. And I plan to stay this fit also way beyond 50. And so should you!

It’s really not that hard!

It seams hard.

But the only reason Foxx is still in fantastic shape is, that he made it easy. He made it effortless and easy for him. You have to do the same! That’s the only sustainable way to stay super six pack abs fit forever! Otherwise you’ll quit. Guaranteed!

Now you know the secret of people who always stay super six pack abs fit. Go make it happen too. It’s actually very easy.

And I also cleaned my whole backyard and build princess puzzle with my daughter while I did my pull up bar workout yesterday. Blood was floating, I felt amazing, awake and full of energy. I didn’t waste any time driving to gym. Everything benefits!

You too my six pack abs achiever and forever fitness seeker, like Jamie Foxx, create bulletproof no BS system to stay six pack abs fit forever. If you do, you will. If you don’t, you won’t. Enough said.
