Living six pack abs healthy fit and now!

 I had a life changing experience yesterday. I went surfing to one of my top 3 favorite places in the world – Asilomar State Beach in Pacific Grove. If you have never been there, you should check it out.
 
 This place is is magical. Waves are great, water cristal clear and that sand is the whitest and finest I’ve ever seen and felt. And I spend a lot of time on a lot of different beautiful beaches. This one is beyond special.
 
 After my surfing session I went to take off my wet suit and put some shorts on to my car. When I was getting off the beach and stepping on a boardwalk, there was a elderly couple hesitating if they should go down on the sand.
 
 I offered help. They refused. They were simply beyond the point of ability and confidence to go on this beautiful beach with the whitest finest sand in the world. They were too old for that. So they turned around and left.
 
 Now I only hope, they felt and had been on that beach many times before. So they can just say: “Yeah I know how it feels to be on this beach. I’ve been here many times before. But now I’ll stick with the side walk. That’s fine!”
 
 Will I get to that stage that I won’t be able to enter that beach? I will at some point if I’m lucky and live long enough. That will have to be very long though……
 
 Six pack abs fitness ability and no regrets lesson:
 
 Get super fit – six pack abs fit now and live in the present with no regretts.
 
 Don’t postpone things you always wanted to do. Do not work too much and live too little now. Combine it. Don’t wait for your retirement. Create little retirements now!
 
 And the most importantly, stay physically fit!
 
 Lift weights, stay strong!
 
 Eat healthy diet!
 
 Honestly, that couple seamed not that old to me. Maybe they were in early eighties. That’s not too old to be able to go on the beach! I know 80 years old who have six pack abs and still surf! I’m not judging anybody. I’m just telling you to get your own six pack abs fitness going, maintain it with consistent, intensive strength training, eat heathy, garbage food free diet and live now with no regretts! And when you’re 80 something some day trying to go to the beach, you’ll confidently GO!
