Love you body, take care of it and you will love your life

The more you love your body, the better you’ll take care of it, the better you’ll be able to enjoy your life.

You love your body, when you don’t put any junk food in it.

You love your body, when you give it enough sleep.

You love your body, when you lift weights regularly.

You love your body, when you do your cardiovascular exercise regularly.

You love your body, when you stretch regularly.

You love your body, when you eat 7 servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

You love your body, when you say “no” to your boss, when he asks you to work on Saturday and instead you spent the day on the beach relaxing.

You love your body, when you give it enough protein.

You love your body when you don’t drink Coke.

You love you body when you don’t eat fries.

It’s all about the love. You love your body, it loves you back and you love your life.

But the opposite is also true too. If you neglect your body and don’t find time to take care of it, and love it, it won’t love you back, and your life will be miserable.

Choose carefully.
