Micro workouts for lean healthy six pack abs body

 Stop that perfection like thinking. Stop it now! It’s not serving you well! It’s not sustainable! If you want a lean healthy, attractive six pack abs body, you have to move beyond perfectionism thinking. What do I mean with that?
 
 I train a young beautiful, ambitious lady that wants to have it all. Yes she’s busy with her career, family, kids, running her own business, you get the idea.
 
 Throw perfect lean six pack abs body into it and you’re screwed if you think perfectionism.
 
 Her thinking goes like this: “If I can’t get to a gym for at least an hour, it’s not worth doing”.
 
 That’s a wrong thinking! That’s perfectionism thinking. And it’s not sustainable.
 
 Instead I told her to do this:
 
 Yes meet your trainer (me) for at least one session per week. Trainers need to make some dough too :). But after that do the micro workouts whenever you can while working, changing diapers, cooking or whatever.
 
 Only 4 exercises you need for micro workouts:
 
 Pull ups – my all time favorite
 Push ups – second favorite
 Squat jumps – I hate these, but I still do them occasionally
 Floor crunches – I never do this, but you should, or not :).
 
 It took some convincing to make her actually apply this principle, but since she did apply it, her fitness level and leanness is improving rapidly.
 
 Let me give you an example of my micro workout day:
 
 I get up in the morning, brush my teeth and do 30 push ups or 11 pull ups right away. You’ll start Immediately feeling amazing and awake. It’s like the first cigarette of a chain smoker in the morning. It feels fantastic! It’s your healthy addiction.
 
 Than I move on with my day.
 
 Work – I do my work, but there is pull up bar there, and you should have one too in your work environment. While I do my job I do micro workouts. Sets of max. I can do pull ups, totaling 3-7 sets per day. 2-3 sets of maximum I can do ups, whenever I can do it. 3×37 squat jumps, or only one time. Forget the abs and I’m done with my workout for a day.
 
 I don’t have to go to a stinky gym environment, that is full of people who actually don’t have anything else to do. I don’t have to drive there, I don’t have to waste any time.
 
 And if you’re busy ambitious parent who still want the perfect six pack abs body, you should do the same. Forget perfect lengthy gym workout. Embrace the micro six pack abs workouts starting today! It’s a mindset shift. Start shifting.
