Year to six pack abs – week 12 – step 12

You are on the mission. You are slowly, but certainly uncovering those fat layers on your belly. With that, you are feeling great, you feel and are healthier than ever before. You have more energy and your physical and mental performance is increasing every week. You are on your mission to six pack abs! And, you are succeeding!

Our next step in year to six pack abs is very important. It’s one of the most important steps you can take toward your own six pack abs. And it’s a summary of a few little steps you’ve been taking until now.

Year to six pack abs – week 12 – step 12 video:

Making your carbohydrate in your diet solely from fresh fruit and vegetables is a huge step toward your own six pack abs. I already mentioned this step few times before when we were cutting together all the baked goods, sweetened beverages, breads and pastas, yes bagels too and also those whole grain ones.

But now, you know where we were heading. And this is that big step I just didn’t want you to jump to right ahead, since it’s very challenging to follow. But you were slowly braking the little habits, getting ready for it and leading to this transition. And that’s how sustainable change happens.

If you tripped few times on your sustainable road to six pack abs, that’s ok. It’s actually to be expected. Go back and live your six pack abs step you left off or tripped again. Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I’m eating fresh fruit and vegetables as my solely source of carbohydrate! I love the energy, strength, leanness and health it produces! My diet is really really fantastic! I am very proud of myself! And I am succeeding and loving every second of it!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!

I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
