Year to six pack abs – week 18 – step 18

Year to six pack abs is at step 18. And step 18 is about alcohol drinking. And if you want to have six pack abs someday visible on your stomach, you’ll limit the alcohol consumption to only 1 drink per day, preferably with your dinner.

Alcohol is sugar and sugar consumption releases too much insulin. That creates inflammation and that causes that sugar transferred into fat stored on your body. And it will most likely be stored around your waist. And of course, we don’t want that!

We want six pack abs! And you’ll have them, if you’ve been following these six pack abs in a year steps! Don’t give up! Make yourself proud! Show us, you can hold your goal and fight until you achieve it. Believe me, it’s worth it! I live a six pack abs dream with all the good stuff it brings and so can you!

From now on, you’ll drink maximum of one alcoholic drink per day. Make it whatever you like the most. If it’s vodka martini, have it stirred or shaken, I don’t care. If you prefer wine or beer, go for it. If you are scotch lover, have a shot of scotch. Just remember, that you are having only 1. Period!

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I am drinking only one alcoholic drink per day with my dinner! And I won’t drink more than that! My fat reserves are melting. I am very proud of myself! And I am succeeding and loving every second of it!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!

I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!

    Hi Milan!

    First, really thank you for your two websites! Actually, I am a bald young man trying to reach six pack abs.

    Then, I just have a question about alcohol consumption:

    Is it possible to reach six pack abs while drinking more than one drink but only during the weekend?
    (I don’t drink during the week, but I usually drink more than one drink the Saturday night).

    Philippe, you can certainly have more drinks on weekends! A lot of six pack abs achievers managed to pull it off. But, you have to be your own judge of that. If you think, that you are not progressing, than something has to change. And that something could very well be too many drinks on weekends.
