Year to six pack abs – week 21 – step 21

Our step 21 in Year to six pack abs is to spend at least 50% of your time in your day on your feet. Spending more time on your feet not only increases your overall metabolism, but it also keeps you more invigorated throughout the day. You feel less sleepy, more energized and you increase the overall activity in your day. It keeps the life juices floating faster and with that improves every aspect of your life, not only six pack abs. Six pack abs = great life! remember?

From now on try to spend at least 50 % of your time in your day on your feet. I know, I know sometimes it’s hard to do and you’ll have to get creative. Especially those of you out there with office jobs. It’s easy for a woodworker or mailman to be on their feet however long they want. It’s something else for a customer service representative in Fortune 500 company. But, I know you want your six pack abs very badly and you’ll pull this one off too my six pack abs achieving friend.

It can certainly be done. When you use your phone a lot at work, try to stand up and walk. If you use your computer a lot at work, knock on your bosses door and tell him, that you want standing workstation right next to sitting one. Keep bugging him about it until you really get one.

My job can be done in sitting position for some part and standing and moving in other parts. Generally it’s up to me if I sit or stand. Of course I stand when I do personal training. But often I have to do quite a lot of office work or writing. I am writing this article in standing position.

I make sure I sit as little as I possibly can. Like I said in the beginning, part of the benefit of standing more is that you actually feel tired less. I love that energetic feeling I get from being on my feet for most part of the day. I urge you to give it a try. Your six pack abs will certainly benefit! It works fantastically great for me.

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

From now on I spend at least 50% of my day on my feet. Everyday! And I am very proud of myself for being so consistent with it! And I am succeeding and loving every second of it!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
