Year to six pack abs – step 25 for week 25 is to drink more water. And I don’t mean here the common advice out there about 8 glasses of water per day. No! That’s not what I mean.

My fellow six pack abs achiever, stay hydrated the whole day and than drink extra 3-4 glasses of water per day. What are the benefits of doing this? There is one main benefit of this. While drinking more water, you are making sure that you’re staying hydrated. And that makes big difference on your overall energy level and the way you feel.

We often in the business of our days forget to drink and drink only after we really feel thirsty. Well that’s already too late to drink more water. If you drink sooner than that, you’ll stay hydrated better and you’ll feel better too.

You’ll immediately start feeling better and more energized. Trust me on this. Give it a try. Simple step like this can really be life changing. Another benefit is actually, that drinking more water really increases your overall metabolism. Your body has to warm up that water, process it and that requires energy. This is not a main benefit that we are looking for from drinking more water, but every little bit counts.

Now, I really mean with this by drinking more water, drinking more water! Not anything else. Pure, clean water. And it doesn’t really have to be that water from plastic bottle you can buy in your grocery store. Your tap water at your home is most likely just plain perfect. Liquids are not created equal. I am sure you understand what I am trying to say here. Stay away from sweetened and flavored beverages!

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I am staying hydrated the whole day and I am drinking 3-4 extra glasses of water per day, even if I am not feeling thirsty. I am succeeding doing it and loving every second of it!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
