Year to six pack abs – week 26 – step 26

How is your six pack abs coming along my high fitness level achieving friend? I hope, you are doing well. Don’t be too hard on yourself. It’s about a journey and not the destination. Certainly, the destination – six pack abs is sweet and you get a lot of psychological reward as somebody who can achieve the hardest of the hardest goals. And yes, six pack abs shape is one of them.

Saying that, the roadblocks will be on your way to six pack abs. And you’ll be disappointed occasionally with your actions and progress. The key is to persist. It’s ok to fail as long as you keep trying again and again. And it’s certainly ok to start over from the beginning. Just bounce back to our Year to six pack abs – week 1 – step 1 and start again, if you fell completely of the tracks. There is nothing wrong with that. And you’ll probably do better on your next attempt.

Ok, let’s get back to our next step for week 26 and Year to six pack abs step – 26. And that is a rule 11. What does rule 11 means? It means eating 11 servings of vegetables and fruit per day from which 7 servings come from vegetables and 4 servings come from fruit.

Every six pack abs achiever knows already that vegetables and fruit should be the only source of carbohydrate in his diet. Great! Now it’s time to bring it to the perfection. And with that I mean eating little bit more of vegetables – 7 servings per day, and fruit – 4 servings per day. Why?

Vegetables have more nutritional value – fiber, vitamins, minerals, than fruit, while containing less sugar. By any means sugar you eat from fresh fruit is definitely six pack abs approved sugar to eat. Fruit is still packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals, water and it’s very six pack abs supporting thing to eat.

But we are going here into little details and perfections. So more vegetables is moderately required to eat daily than fruit. If you manage to pull this one off my future six pack abs owning friend, great! If not, that’s ok, just keep trying to get this rule 11 everyday just a little bit more perfect.

Even if you won’t be able to pull this six pack abs step off, you still have a high chance to achieve six pack abs in a year. So, try it, but don’t stress too much about it.

The most important is to really eat fresh fruit and vegetables as your only carbohydrate in your diet, with some exceptions of having an alcoholic drink or eating legumes like beans, chick peas, lentils, peas and occasionally some very little gains like barley, oats, rice, quinoa. That’s what matters the most! And I am guessing you’ve been following that that very important step. It’s certainly one of the most important ones in our Year to six pack abs programm.

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I am eating 11 servings of vegetables and fruit every day, from which 7 servings are vegetables and 4 servings are fruits. I am succeeding doing it and loving every second of it!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
