Year to six pack abs – week 29 – step 29

Achieving Six Pack Abs is a lot about diet. And more good Six Pack Abs supporting foods we eat, less bad stuff enters our mouths. I am a strong believer in diet and it’s effect on your health, fitness and of course Six Pack Abs!

When I add these 2 supper foods and I include them daily in my diet, I automatically fill the space, where junk food might have entered and also supply my body with very health and Six Pack Abs supporting nutrients.

Six pack abs and eating eggs and avocados go hand in hand together. But interestingly both of these foods have bad reputation.

First eggs are considered to be evil for our cardiovascular system because of its cholesterol content. Don’t listen to this nonsense. Eggs are actually making your cardiovascular functioning healthier and more efficient. People who eat more eggs are simply healthier people. I eat about 20 eggs per week and on my recent blood test I was showing very low bad cholesterol levels and very high good ones. I will write an extensive article about that in the future about my high fat diet and incredible leanness and low cholesterol levells.

Second, avocados, also considered by wide range of nutritionists to be the healthiest food on earth and are about 85% fat. That might sound terrible and people would rather grab fat free vegan bagle, but that would be the worst think you could do for your Six Pack Abs.

As I wrote before in my previous year to Six Pack Abs step – eating more good fat will not make you fat, it will actually make you lean and healthy. And avocados have one of the healthiest fats in them. They contain about 75% of fat calories consisted of monounsaturated fat (MUFA) and with that a lot of heart health and Six Pack Abs promoting antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. My partying words will be: Indulge in them vigorously!

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I am including these two super foods – eggs and avocados in my diet daily. They support my Six Pack Abs and health. I am succeeding doing it and loving every second of it!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
