Year to six pack abs – week 3 – step 3

Time flies and we have a week 3 and step 3 in our program: year to six pack abs.

You already live without drinking anything from the can. And you are walking at most days of your week for at least 15 minutes.

So here is your six pack abs action number 3: No more eating commercial pastries, coffee cakes, scones and similar baked goods.

Commercial baked goods like these are six pack abs killers too. And they also are very bad for your health. Why? It’s a combination of few evil things: sugar, flour, terrible trans fats. All these 3 cause inflammation in your body, making you fat and keeping your six pack abs covered.

I also strongly believe these goods are responsible for most heart attacks and strokes out there. So not only you’ll get closer to your own six pack abs, you’ll also get much healthier if you delete these stuff from your diet.

Stand in the front of the mirror and tell yourself loudly. Actually scream in front of the mirror! Scream! Scream!:

I am not eating baked goods, pastries, scones, cup cakes, coffee cakes and similar poisons anymore! And I am succeeding!

I am getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!

I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
