Year to six pack abs step 37 for week 37 is to teach somebody what you learned about Six Pack Abs and it’s achievement. Tell a friend or a family member what works for you and what doesn’t, what you have the hardest time to stick with and what is the easiest.

One of the best ways to stick to our goals and improve at it, is to teach others about our experience. Don’t underestimate this my fellow Six Pack Abs achiever. When you are on a right path to your own Six Pack Abs, you become a Six Pack Abs expert. And your knowledge can help a lot of other people out there. And with that you help yourself too. You’ll help yourself to stay on Six Pack Abs right track and your probability of succeeding will magnify.

Often it is great to have a partner to teach a worthy goal to. And if you look for one you’ll find one. If you don’t find one right away, don’t despair. Stay on your Six Pack Abs in a year track and your partner eventually shows up.

I still remember training this girl in late forties. She was overweight and unfit. And we started slowly applying all the Six Pack Abs principles and she began to seriously transform in a very positive way. On our journey I discovered even more how important these Six Pack Abs steps are and what really works the best. And at the same time I took them more seriously too. Yes, she achieved her own Six Pack Abs in a year. It felt fantastic! And I learned more in the process too! Yes, that’s what teaching somebody what you are learning or learned can do for you.

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I will find somebody to teach everything I learned on Six Pack Abs in a year journey! And while teaching and guiding I will learn even more and I will become better and more consistent at it too!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day.

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
