Year to six pack abs step 39 – Don’t be afraid of extra physical work outside of the strength training and fun cardiovascular exercise you already do. Things like working in the garden, building, moving, cleaning, carrying and so on are very natural for us human beings. And they add extra activity to our life’s. We burn more calories. Blood sugar is processed more efficiently and you stay naturally lean – your Six Pack Abs will be visible.

I have a friend who owns and operates very profitable internet business. So, naturally, he spends huge amount of time in the front of computer screen sitting. He just mentioned to me the other day how hard it is on his body. And yes, you can see it on him. He is slouching, he looks like one of those skinny fat people. You know that kind of type of a guy who doesn’t look necessarily fat, but you can tell that he is very weak. Of course there is no six pack abs on these bodies.

So, if you have a sedentary work, you have to take this Year to Six Pack Abs step more seriously. Look for extra physical chores to do. And also, try to find a joy in these activities. It’s way easier to clear your garden from leafs and trash, if you look at this activity from your health perspective. And it becomes fun too. You are doing something for your Six Pack Abs and health. How great is that! Suddenly you are full of enthusiasm to clean your garden!

But, this step applies to everybody. Extra time on your feet doing something physical no matter how active you already are is very beneficial for your health and Six Pack Abs at the same time. So, go get rocking with some extra work for example around your house. You become healthier, leaner and your partner will be very impressed of how much work you get done too. Everybody benefits.
