Year to six pack abs – week 40 – step 40

August 3, 2014 by Milan

Wow, time flies! And here we go, it’s already week 40 and out step forty in our program – Year to Six Pack Abs! I hope all of you guys are still with me here. And if you are and I believe you persisted, you are seeing some very serious results now. Your Six Pack Abs is becoming seriously visible.

If you fell off the track, I understand. This is by no means a wishy washy program that promises you Six Pack Abs in 2 weeks. This is a real stuff, and those are usually hard. Everything valuable in our life takes effort. So get back exactly where you fell off my Six Pack Abs fellow achiever, or start from the beginning. As long as you didn’t give up, your own Six Pack Abs is still very achievable. Don’t give up!!!

Year to six pack abs – week 40 – step 40 video:

As you saw on the video ambitious Six Pack Abs achiever, our step 40 is to unleash yourself from the digital leashes at least 30 minutes before you go to sleep. No more playing with your phone, ipad, watching TV, watching videos, surfing the net and so on. No more engaging with electronics 30 min. Before you go to sleep!

Is this a hard think to follow? You bet it is! And it is incredibly hard for myself too. I am still working on this. I can almost tell with certainty that you too spend time at night watching TV, surfing the net and all this while texting with your friends. Don’t feel bad. Everybody does it! But, just think about how much you’ll stand out from the crowds if you managed to pull this one off. And how much better sleep you would have! Seriously, I am doing it and I want you to do it with me!

Six Pack Abs and digital leashes

So what does the digital leashes engagement late at night have to do with Six Pack Abs achievement? Let me explain. You can not sprint yourself to quality sleep. You need to ease yourself to quality sleep. And trust me, quality sleep has a lot to do with Six Pack Abs.

While you’re online or watching TV or texting with whoever, you are seeking excitement. And you are usually finding it. So how do you suppose to fall asleep right away when you just engaged in something inciting. Well, you won’t! You’ll be just lying in your bed for those extra 30 minutes until you unleashed yourself from whatever exciting you were attached few minutes ago. And over the long term your sleep and the amount of it you should be getting, will suffer.

Another reason to not stare into the screen late at night is the melatonin hormon. Melatonin is the hormone that is released by our body when it gets darker late in the evening or at night signaling us that it is time to prepare for bed. Now when you’re starring into the screen, your brain literally things that you’re starring into the sun. And sun is on the skies throughout the day, so no melatonin release message from the brain. You’re awake at a the time you shouldn’t be. You are hurting your own natural circadian – day/night, light/dark rhythm. Don’t do that!

What to do last 30 min. of your day before you go to sleep

Read a real book. Preferably something feel good calming down. I right now read book about some simple principles of Buddhism and I just finished a book about stoic philosophy. It’s a great way to finish a day! I strongly recommend it!

Or engage in real conversation with your partner, brother, sister or parent. Or just go out or open a window and look at the night skies thanking for simple but valuable things you already have in life, like for example your health, health of your family and friends. Or reflect on your day. You can also do a combination off all of these. Just try to stay away from electronic devices at lest 30 min. before you get to the bed. Experience better quality sleep and getting closer to you own Six Pack Abs.

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I am off the digital leashes 30 minutes before sleep! I read real book, engage in real conversation or look at the night skies and being thankful for what I already have! With all that my sleep is seriously improving!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day.

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
