How to build confidence that helps achieve Six Pack Abs

Confidence in yourself makes things happen. And that makes you more confident. And that makes even more things happen. Six Pack Abs fitness level is not an exception to that rule. You need lots of self confidence in order to accomplish it.

So how do you build self confidence? I believe the main way to build self confidence is through not broken promises with yourself. Of course everybody has a different threshold of holding promises with himself. But it can be strengthened over time. And you must strive for strengthening it!

Let’s say you started very well on your Year to Six Pack Abs journey and held your promises with yourself – in this case following each Six Pack Abs step and holding them as they were showing up every week. And than 2 months later you fell of the track. So what happens next? What happens is not only you’re not on the right track toward your own Six Pack Abs, you also don’t believe you can actually pull it off all the way to the end and see your Six Pack Abs eventually visible on your belley. Yes, you don’t even realize it, but you lowered your self confidence. And that’s not acceptable!

Build it and let it build your dreams!

It’s completely a human nature to not do what’s uncomfortable in order to achieve something we want. But it also is in human power to accomplish everything we want!

Put less on your plate

If you know something is going to be very hard to accomplish, don’t sign up for it! Now I want you to sigh up for getting Six Pack Abs in one year. That’s a perfect goal to have. But you might reconsider other tasks. Our discipline muscles can take us only so far until we make them stronger. Keep that in your mind.

One commitment per week

That’s how Year to Six Pack Abs program is structured. Just one promise per week to hold forever. Now it might seem like easy thing to do. But it’s not. It is hard. Imagine that that promise you just made to yourself will have to stay with you indefinitely. Of course you can do exceptions on vacations, or have that bowl of ice cream occasionally. But than you have to get right back on track. And that takes discipline and confidence in yourself.

Each Six Pack Abs step for better confidence

Each Six Pack Abs step you promise yourself to hold and you hold it builds not only your Six Pack Abs, it also builds your confidence, the believe in yourself. And that brings you even closer to your Six Pack Abs goal. It’s a beautiful circle where with every accomplished and held promise, your confidence rises and your goals get accomplished with it.

The beauty of Year to Six Pack Abs program is, that the further you make it by not braking your promises, the least likely you’re to fall of the wagon and quit. And the more likely, you’ll reach your goal – Six Pack Abs in one year. It’s as simple as that. Now go! Make it happen! Don’t brake promises with yourself.

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I understand how confidence builds my goals! And my confidence is build by not braking promises with myself! I am not braking promises with myself! I am careful what I sign up for. Because what I sign up for, must be accomplished. And with that I believe in my abilities that translates to better self confidence and thats why achieving my Six Pack Abs goal in a year is certain!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day.

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own Six Pack Abs happen!
