Year to six pack abs – week 5 – step 5

It’s been already 4 weeks since we and you too started your journey toward your own six pack abs and all the fantastic benefits it brings to your precious life!

Why would you piss away your precious life time without feeling great, energized, healthy, passionate, and off course attractive. Common! Make someone very jealous of your abs πŸ™‚ That’s also worth living for too πŸ™‚

It’s the fist thing that happens when people change. They see someone like you with six pack abs. They subsequently tell themselves that they want six pack abs too. They hate you right away and than they realize, it actually doesn’t come free and bingo! They start their own journey toward six pack abs.

I am quite sincere about this. Do you think that overweight guy I passed on beach with attractive wife is going to admire and love my six pack abs? Hell no! He is most likely going to hate it! He wants me to disappear. And isn’t that the fist step to awareness? It is, my six pack abs achieving friend. I am hopefully opening this guys eyes, that there is a different way. And this is the first step to it. Go ahead buddy! Hate me! I know that’s how change happens eventually. We are all human beings and this is how human beings react.

Jealousness becomes anger that becomes avare ness and that become change! And I am not any different. It happened to me too. But now I do have six pack abs. Happy end! I just wanted to mention these few lines about making people jealous and them hating your six pack abs.

Hey, most of us get motivated primary by things like this πŸ™‚ So if this gets you going, be it. I did my job right. It doesn’t matter what it is. What matters is, you are starting and sticking with your goal.

Great, now let’s get to our step 5 in year to six pack abs.

Start having active weekends my fellow six pack abs traweller! Try not to sit in front of the TV or computer to lose weekends. Get the family together and get outside to hike, bike, hang out on the beach and play some volleyball, beach soccer, dig the hole on the beach and burry it back (one of my favorite activities on the beach).

If the family isn’t interested, get out on your own. Do fun activity outside for a while and come back. Do this for some time and you set an example they want to follow. They will eventually.

Stand in the front of the mirror and tell yourself loudly. Actually scream in front of the mirror! Scream! Scream!:

I spending my weekends doing fun activities outside! I get up, get out and move! And I am succeeding!

I am getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!

I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
