This is not only discipline exercise that is so necessary for Six Pack Abs achievement, it is also extremely beneficial for every Six Pack Abs achievers health, mood and life.

Benefits of taking cold shovers

It’s only natural to take your shover and make it comfortably warm. Warm water is there so why not using it? Well, that’s what everybody does. And last time I checked, not everybody is very happy with their bodies and how they follow up with their goals and dreams.

And that’s discipline issue. Discipline makes things happen.

So, beside other great benefits of cold showers, like it being an incredible mood booster, energy increaser and recovery speeder, it teaches us discipline. Seriously, if you can take a cold shower everyday, you can do and achieve anything you want in life. Guaranteed!

The nature of taking a cold shower is very uncomfortable, that if you overcome it, it leave you as a different human being. You’ll become a woman or man of action. And you’ll gain the discipline to follow up with your goals and dreams. And that’s, my ambitious Six Pack Abs achiever, what makes things in our Life’s happen.

Try it. Endure it. You won’t regret it! There are only benefits that come if you endure cold showers regularly.

Best way to take cold showers

If you are a supper ambitious person, yes, jump right into a cold shower. My salutation goes to you! Go right ahead! Do it!

But, for the rest of us who find this pretty scary. Yes I do too! Start your shower with lukewarm water, than slowly, I will leave the speed up to you, get it colder and colder. Until it’s just cold water. Cold,cold, cold water. Now try to stand there. Start with 20 seconds. And everyday make it 5 seconds longer.

Great! You’re doing it! Now you can consider yourself pretty special. There is a very small percentage of people who can actually pull this one off. But the overall life benefits beside discipline to follow up with your Six Pack Abs quest are so huge!

Go now! Turn of the computer and take a cold shower! See how you feel after. My guess is, you’ll be ready to conquer the world!

Stand in front of the mirror and scream!

I am taking cold showers regularly! They are fantastic for my health, great mood and performance. And they build my self discipline.

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day.

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own Six Pack Abs happen!
