Year to six pack abs – week 6 – step 6

In our journey to six pack abs in a year, step 6 is to cut the liquid candy out of your life. What is liquid candy? The famous 100% fruit juices, sports drinks that claim to be so good for your health. And, you guessed it right my six pack abs achiever. They are really not that great for you? If fact, they are terrible for you, your six pack abs and your health.

It always surprises me that some of the most educated, sophisticated people out there, don’t seem to know this. Or, better said, they don’t possess this simple piece of knowledge. If you are one of them, remember this: Fruit juices, even those freshly squeezed from fresh fruit are not good for your health and six pack abs at the same time. They are stripped of fiber and all that is left is colored sugar water with some vitamins in it? Sugar is the enemy of six pack abs and especially this kind of sugar that comes without naturally occurring fiber.

Cut it out from your life from now on and get closer to your own six pack abs and great health that comes with it.

Stand in the front of the mirror and scream loudly:

I’m not drinking liquid candy anymore! This includes fruit juices, even those freshly squeezed and all sports drinks. And I am succeeding!

I am getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!

I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
