Year to six pack abs – week 7 – step 7

Step 7 on our journey to six pack abs in a year video:

It really seems like I have been talking about diet stuff for a while now. And I have. But to achieve six pack abs, diet is crucially important. It is 90% of your success. And maybe even more.

In our 7th week, the 7th step is cutting all breads and pastas from your diet. Even those claiming being the whole breads. Those 100% whole grain breads included.

Replace these breads with fresh fruit and vegetables. It’s as simple as that. Sauté veggies, greens, or just eat them raw as a salad. And don’t forget to have a piece of fruit as a desert.

Some people can’t imagine breakfast without bread. What should I eat my eggs with? They ask. My answer is always the same. Sauté spinach, mustard greens, collard greens, tomatoes. There are lots of obtions. My favorite are apples. It might seem weird to eat eggs with apples. But it is actually very delicious. Give it a try!

My six pack abs achieving friend, stay motivated, stick with these little actionable steps. If you slip here and there, that’s ok, it happens to everybody. Get back to those six pack abs videos and rewatch them and try again, an again and keep trying. You’ll eventually succeed!

But if you are sticking with everything we already talked about and avoiding all the bad stuff, you are well on your way to your own six pack abs.

Stand in front of the mirror and scream:

I’m not eating bread of any kind anymore! This includes the whole grain breads! I don’t touch these stuff anymore! And I am succeeding!

I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!

My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!

I make things happen! And I am making my own six pack abs happen!
