Your toughest opponent in life

 That is what Rocky – Sylvester Stalone tells to Apollo Creeds son as his boxing coach.
 
 And he nails it!
 
 That sentence pretty much sums it up!
 
 It’s one on the best, truest and wisdom packet quote I ever heard.
 
 And it applies to everything in your life.
 
 And it always comes down to defeating yourself and doing the uncomfortable.
 
 Yourself, myself and everybody else self wants to hide, curl into a safe place and be comfortable.
 
 And of course make excuses!
 
 But our goals and dreams will be never achieved that way.
 
 That’s exactly why most of us will at least become average.
 
 The key areas where you need to defeat that person in the mirror are these.
 
 I put action steps under them to guide you. But for the most part you already know them.
 
 The reason you don’t apply them is a simple fact that, you have been defeated by the person you see in the mirror every morning.
 
 Can you still defeat this toughest opponent?
 
 Is there a hope for you?
 
 Of course it is! And of course you can!
 
 And you must defeat him!
 
 Because if you don’t, you’ll never be truly what you can be. And that’s a big failure.
 
 You have to defeat that person in the mirror!
 
 Let’s look at the key punch skills and disciplines you need to develop and follow my true life potential and six pack abs achiever.
 
 Your health
 
 Move a lot.
 
 Eat healthy unprocessed natural diet.
 
 Drink unsweetened natural drinks.
 
 Strength train regularly.
 
 Don’t smoke and do drugs.
 
 Spend plenty of time outside.
 
 Get some sun.
 
 Heart attacks and cancer
 
 Don’t put anything processed or sweetened in your mouth.
 
 Move a lot.
 
 Don’t smoke and do drugs.
 
 That’s it!
 
 If you follow 100% this anti heart attack and anti cancer rule, you will not ever get any of these diseases.
 
 Your six pack abs
 
 If you follow those steps mentioned in health you’ll be 90% on your way.
 
 Than cut all the fruit you eat and replace it for green leafy vegetables.
 
 If you are not up for this, that’s fine. I know it is hard to follow.
 
 You can still be very healthy and bulletproof just following the great health rules.
 
 Six pack abs is not necessary. But it’s worth it.
 
 Make up your mind and win the battle with yourself.
 
 Your overall happiness
 
 Stay healthy.
 
 Be useful and help others.
 
 Follow up aggressively on your dreams and goals.
 
 Have healthy relationship with failure.
 
 Learn new things.
 
 Your finances
 
 Spend less than you make
 
 Your career
 
 Find and do what you truly love to do.
 
 Your relationships
 
 Don’t wait! Be always the first without expecting the return who:
 
 Smiles.
 
 Says I love you.
 
 Helps.
 
 Motivates and encourages.
 
 Do it over and over!
 
 Now go and defeat the toughest opponent you’ll always face – the person you see in the mirror.
 
 Fight like hell to win! Winning means everything here!
