Why do you want to have Six Pack Abs?
Please let me answer that question for you. Very simply said, you want to achieve a Six Pack Abs fitness level because every single aspect of your life improves with it.
Show me the man or woman with a Six Pack Abs and I will describe him to you this way:
Yes, first of all, he is a man or a woman that has a very attractive lean athletic body. He/she’s hot fu….g hot!
He/she is most likely a person who has a lot of discipline. Having a discipline to follow up with your goals, Six Pack Abs goal included, when going gets tough is very hard!
He/she’s most likely possessing above average intelligence. Yes, body and brain work in tandem together.
He/she has a lot more energy than everybody else.
His/hers health is bulletproof.
His/hers confidence is most likely to be bulletproof too. Higher fitness level = higher self confidence – that’s a fact!
He/she is most likely living a bold life! And it’s a life full of positive action!
He/she lives without regrets.
He/she does more and achieves more. Strength, leanness, great diet, energy = more things done!
He/she is more creative.
He/she sleeps better and rests more effectively.
He/she is more fun to be around!
He/she has less injuries than an average person.
He/she has better memory than average person. Yes, the sugar/flour brain fog can really destroy your mind and memory with it.
He/she has better sex life!
And I could go on and on here. The list really is long. But I will just sum it up to a one simple sentence.
A person, hopefully you too soon with Six Pack Abs kind of fitness level simply lives better life!
And everybody wants to live better life. So stop whining and put the FUCKING work in!
If that’s not enough to motivate you into action and to follow through with your Six Pack Abs goal, I don’t know what else will.
