How to lose weight permanently – part 2

Do you really need to loose weight?

Maybe you really don’t need to lose weight. Are you overweight? Are you physically active? If you answered yes to each of these questions, than you are most likely healthy. And if you don’t mind your overweight appearance, than you should not really do anything. Unless, of course you want to look even better and get even healthier. Than, you have to lose weight permanently.

Countless studies show, that overweight people that are physically active are actually much healthier than people that are skinny but very inactive. It is not that difficult to find a skinny person who has pre diabetes. And it’s not that uncommon to find an overweight woodworker that has perfect blood sugar levels. So, activity matters. And if you love your life with all the good stuff in it, wine and ice cream included and you are physically active and don’t mind to have little love handles, than there is really not much of a reason to change. Just remember to stay physically active and you will be most likely fine.

But maybe you want to loose more weight. If you are one of those rear breeds that are leading physically active lifestyle and you are still overweight and want to lose weight, or you are not physically active and want to loose weight, read on. This weight loss program is for you.

Mental change

Loosing weight permanently is more the matter that is in our heads than the matter of the body. We need to change the things that has been ingrained in our heads. And most often these are the habits that we have been cultivating for very long period of time. If you haven’t been exercising regularly for 15 years now and longer, it’s not going to be easy to break that habit fast.

Or if we you are use to snack late in the evening on candy, ice cream and crackers and you have been doing it for very long time, than this habit is so ingrained in your head, that you can’t imagine an evening without your goodies. And on top of it all, we don’t really know if we really want to give up all these stuff. We love ice cream, we love our candy bar in the early afternoon for that sugar rush and we love our evenings sitting on a couch and watching our favorite shows.

Life without all these good stuff would seem to be very boring. The problem is, that these ingrained habits are contributing to our weight and we are getting heavier and heavier. And since we are not willing to give up these goodies from our life, we don’t see ourselves really succeeding in loosing weight.

Let me just assure you, that it is possible to do it. No, it won’t be easy. But through certain techniques I developed in my weight loss plan, I will show you how you can change your mind set and really successfully loose weight permanently without any brutal dieting and without gaining it ever back.

These techniques really work. Yes, they require effort. Everything valuable does in our life’s. And always when I reach to them, my habits improve. One of these habits totally ingrained in my head is that I start my days with a single most important thought – to get my workout done for today. And it doesn’t matter when I do it and where. And I never disappoint myself. I will show you how to do it later in my program.

Nothing is more important than that. And that is really truth. I don’t care, that you have a 1 million bucks transaction to finish today and the whole million goes right into your account, it’s a wrong thing to do if you are going to miss your workout. If you start missing your physical workouts or any kind of physical movement, than your health will suffer. And at that point, nothing else really matters. You want your health back.

So do me a personal favor. Start moving physically everyday now. There is really no way around it. If you want to be healthy and loose weight and I am sure you do, you’ll find a way to move. Get up in the morning tomorrow with a first thought in your mind that is – I am going to move physically for 30 minutes today. It’s a done deal. I will move and nothing will stay in my way. Everything is secondary.

Don’t worry about what kind of movement you do for now. We will talk about that later. For now, just move. Walking, speed walking, climbing stairs are a good way to start. Don’t wait. Start tomorrow. No! Start today!
