No time for six pack abs, no excuse

Achieving six pack abs shape seems like an incredibly time consuming task to accomplish.

I met my friend in the bar the other day. I asked him in the middle of our dumb bar guys conversation: How’s your health Drew? Drew answered: “Not very well.”

I am like: “What’s going on Drew?” He said, that he’s been working 80+ hours getting his business of the ground and he’s neglecting his health a lot. That means, he’s eating crap and sitting long hours in front of computer not exercising at all.

This way Drew is declining fast! But he’s not willing to give up his dream project that keeps him so busy.

And he doesn’t have to!

Six pack abs shape and health can always fit into your schedule.

Always!

This is what I told Drew and you can benefit from these words too:

“Keep working man! Don’t give up! Work on that bussiness! You’ll eventually succeed!”

“But you have to stop neglecting your health right now!”

First: Stop eating crap!

Go to the store, buy fresh fruits and veggies, all kinds of raw nuts, bunch of sardine cans and other great for you fish cans. Keep all that stuff in your workbench drawer and eat that! Don’t touch those chips anymore and other junk!

Second: Start your six pack abs workout tomorrow in the office. No gym is necessary!

You need only one piece of equipment – pull up bar! Yes pull ups are the best six pack abs exercise in the world! And it’s my favorite exercise ever. I do a lot of them. And I want you to start doing them too.

Your six pack abs work place plan:

Start first 3 months with this one:

3Xmaximum repetitions – Pull ups
3Xmaximum repetitions – Push ups
3X25 Repetitions – Squat jumps
3X25 – Floor crunches

That’s it!

You might be wandering when you are supposed to do all this and where should you change to your workout clothes.

I will explain.

You do it whenever you can if you have little 35 sec. or more window of time. Trust me, you have those even if you’re the busiest person in the entire world. Fit just one set of one exercise in that little time. And than another one.

You’ll work your way down your six pack abs office workout plan until you’re done. Than when your long work day is over, your six pack abs workout is done too!

How great, you don’t have to go to the gym anymore!

It’s that simple!

No changing necessary!

Stay in your working clothes. You don’t have time to waists on changing! Don’t worry, you won’t sweat. This is not a cardiovascular useless workout. This is the real thing – six pack abs intensive strength training!

Achieving six pack abs while crazy busy

Six pack abs and all that great health and energy that comes with it can be achieved by even the busiest people in the world. Drew my bar buddy has to stop making excuses and start acting on his six pack abs shape now. My last words when we were leaving the bar to Drew already little tipsy were: “Stop bitching Drew and start working on that six pack abs shape tomorrow while working!”
